Pros

The atmosphere pleasant, dress code is relaxed, and office was being updated. A caring CEO and interesting industry to work in.

Cons

Salary levels are average. College grads are taken on in dead end positions lasting only a few years. Hard to communicate and work with international managers.

Pros

Growth Opportunities, Education Opportunities, Great Pay, Cutting Edge Technology, Team Based Atmosphere and functions. All in all a great place to work! In my position I work with all teams, and I have to say each one seems positive, upbeat, and seems to enjoy their work as much as I do.

Cons

So far, non that I can see.
