      Credit Acceptance is a great place to work for me because: (1) the work is challenging; (2) I enjoy the people I work with; (3) the compensation plan rewards high-performers; (4) the growth of the company provides many opportunities for advancement; and (5) I take pride in working for a financially successful company.

      Cons

      The culture of Credit Acceptance is not for everyone. Successful team members have positive attitudes towards their work, embrace problem solving, enjoy helping others and are hardworking. If you do not share these traits, Credit Acceptance will not be a good fit for you.

      Pros

      I've worked for Credit Acceptance for over a decade and it is truly a great place to work. I'm proud to be part of a team that is changing so many people's lives...from customers to dealers, to every single team member. The pay and benefits are top notch and the people that work here are amazing, which makes coming to work easy and fun. This company is honest, ethical and really cares about our team members.

      Pros

      I love the fact that our leadership team works hard in creating a work/life balance, listening culture and overall great place to work. I have been here almost 16 years and I have enjoyed seeing the progress of how the company has grown. I really feel that I truly make a difference here and that the company values me as an employee.

      Cons

      In some departments it seems like favoritism runs rapid. Some managers tend to hold employees back from getting promotions.
