Pros

I have never had this much freedom at any job throughout my career. Coming from working 60-70 hours a week at a dealership to making my own schedule. Our motto "We change lives" is no joke. From the employees to dealers and customers. Before I got hired on I talked to a few current Market Area Managers and I keep a thinking "whats the catch"? After a year I realized there is no catch. This company has a high value for talented hard working employees and they will make sure you know they appreciate you. This is a career not a job. With all this being said, this opportunity is no cake walk. It requires discipline, hard work, and most importantly a willingness to learn. It doesn't matter if you have zero experience in this industry or 20 years worth, if you are not willing to work hard and learn don't waste your time applying. But if you are be prepared for your life to change in amazing ways.

Pros

Credit Acceptance has been a great place to work for me. The company recognizes those that put effort into their career and promotes from within. It is a huge company that makes every employee feel special. The wage and benefits are above average, making this one of the best places to work.

Cons

It is hard to find anything that I would say is a true con. If I had to pick something, then I would say that at times as a company we take action before discussing it with those in the field. Then we have to be reactive as opposed to proactive. This is a rare thing and barely merits being mentioned, but it is the only thing I can think of.

Pros

This truly is a great place to work. I have never worked somewhere before where I wasn't always looking out the window for something better. Within the first 6 months of being here I knew I was going to make a career out of this. Great people, great opportunity, great organization from the ground up.

Cons

As an employee out in the field, work from home type, your growth opportunities are limited unless you are able to relocate.
