Pros

Credit Acceptance goes above and beyond to take care of their employees and offer a great place to work. They have 3 main company goals: 1. Forbes Top 10 Best Place to Work. 2. One Million new loans per year. 3. $1,000 Share Price (CACC - Nasdaq). The MAM position offers a competitive salary plus car allowance and bonuses that easily totals more than $100k per year. Work from home with excellent work/life balance and flexibility. The company is currently in a huge growth phase, which sets up well for the MAM position going forward.

Cons

There aren't many true negatives to working for Credit Acceptance. However, that doesn't mean the job is easy. If you aren't comfortable presenting complex solutions to customers who think they don't have a problem, you may want to reconsider. You have to continually work hard and focus on production. As long as you are hitting/exceeding your numbers the sky is the limit.

Pros

I've had the pleasure of working at CA for almost a decade and it gets better every year. We have the best product in the industry to offer Dealers and Consumers. The program works and with the support system at the Corporate Offices, Dealers and Consumers realize why we are one of the Top Lenders and one of Fortunes Great Places to Work!

Cons

I don't have any Cons, when an issue does arise, you have the ability to bring it to someone's attention and in most cases it is resolved.

Pros

When a recruiter contacted me about an opportunity at HQ, I was initially skeptical. I didn't know a lot about subprime financing, and wasn't sure I wanted to work in the dry, financial industry, but I did some research, and was impressed by the number of work-place awards the company had won. Through the interview process I learned a lot about what drives the company, and it all comes down to aligning the work with core values and aggressive long term goals. Its a great feeling knowing that everyone, regardless of their department, are working towards the same goals. The "listening culture" is also great. I haven't had an issue or suggestion yet, but its nice to know that there are several channels available for me to not only make suggestions on how to improve the workplace, but that they will actually be heard and considered.

Cons

I can't think of any major cons of working here. I feel that my direct manager is very receptive to feedback and open to discussing any challenges I may have. Upper management is also receptive to feedback and suggestions.
