Great People, Good Benefits, Great Pay. Amazing Leaders, Good Communication throughout the company and teams, Growing fast, Profit sharing, Overtime available when it is needed for the company but it is not mandatory. Great life/work balance. They really want you to enjoy your job and then go home and enjoy your family. They want their employees to be happy. BBQ's and mini farmers markets. They have restaurants come in M-Th from 11-1 so you don't have to run out for food if you don't want to. You still pay for the food but they bring in a lot of different local foods for a great variety. Fridays there is always a food truck in the parking lot for us. There is a lot of great things to say about this company. I love it here. The bottom line is that this is an amazing company.
