- The management, from Executive-level down are amazing and approachable. - They take their corporate culture and values as seriously as they claim. - The on-boarding and orientation provided were the best I've ever seen. - In general, from the interview process until now (3+ months in), I've only ever witnessed the highest degree of professionalism and excellence at CAC. - The benefits and perks are amazing. - They have frequent events or little things to show their appreciation; ice cream or icee trucks on a hot day, t-shirts, mugs, catered events, etc. The break areas (on each floor) are well stocked with teas, coffee creamers, etc. The coffee is actually good! - Everyone is always happy to help and respectful. - They regularly recognize achievements and appreciate employees. - The people are fun and interesting. I love coming into work! - Their disaster recovery practices are simply the best I've seen in 20+ years of working in IT. - Great company culture and career growth opportunities. The company practice of promoting from within has really helped preserve the culture.
