      Pros

      Excellent work/life balance. Tons of support from leadership to be successful in your role. Open door policy at all levels - Manager, VP, etc. You know what is expected from you. Goals are fairly easy to hit. Very competitive compensation. It's a positive work environment that has a work hard/play hard type mentality.

      Cons

      There's no real downside. If you work hard you will be successful in your role.

      Valued as an employee, regardless of the level of your position. The company goes above and beyond to listen to their employees and create an environment that employees are proud to be a part of.

      Cons

      None! We work hard but the company respect and appreciation is worth it. If you don't want to work hard and learn a lot, this may not be the place for you.
