      Pros

      There is great listening culture. There is emphasis on team building and making sure all team member concerns are taken care of.

      Cons

      If you have the right skin color and you know upper management you will get promoted quickly. I feel like non-Caucasians have different performance standard to Caucasian team members.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule after 2 weeks of full time training. I can work as few as 15 and as many as 39 hours per week. Very friendly environment, everyone seems willing to assist and answer questions Casual dress code and allowed to have smart phones at desk (huge call center plus)

      Cons

      Only 3rd week so nothing yet. Last week of two week training was all on the phones (not the con) and no debriefing to discuss as a class. Lost learning opportunity

      Pros

      As a part time rep, I loved the flexibility in my schedule it was basically like you can go to work when you want to which was perfect being a new mother. Also the bonus structure is amazing, there's no reason you cant make bonus unless you just arent willing to do the work. The atmosphere is chill and everyone there is really nice and helpful

      Cons

      I cant think of any!
