Pros

The company truly works hard to be a great place to work. Before I started with the company I remember thinking "that's nice that they have those awards, but I doubt it's really that great." I can now say I know that being a great workplace is a high priority for everyone in the company, not just to be on the list but to strive to continue improving and moving up. Random acts of kindness, work/life balance, family feel, great benefits, and a passion for hiring and retaining people with PRIDE are just the beginning of why I love coming to work everyday.

Cons

Honestly, the biggest complaints right now are around running out of certain flavored coffee creamer and where coat hooks are placed in the restrooms. If these are the problems we bring to our CEO, I think life is pretty good here!

Pros

Exciting place to be in terms of new growth. They really want to be the best place to work and will take your opinions seriously.

Cons

With growth comes some turn over as well, but still not a bad place to be.
