      Pros

      Work/Life Balance, great training program. Great people to work with. New to position however everything so far as been top notch.

      Cons

      HR should review vehicle requirements with candidates prior to being hired. There are high vehicle exposures that need to be in place on your personal vehicle insurance that could potentially raise your personal insurance up to $100 a month. Also, pennies are paid for mileage.

      Pros

      Before I worked at Credit Acceptance, I thought companies like this only existed in Silicon Valley. Benefits and compensation are above industry-standards, work-life balance is truly valued and respected, and best of all everyone really is a team. From day one, I have felt like my opinion and work is valued and listened to. There are often fun events that take place during the workday and unexpected perks (such as snow-cones and ice cream in the summer) that really show how valued you are. Best of all, professional growth is encouraged and recognized with internal promotions. Working here is amazing.

      Cons

      While defined procedures and processes keep the company moving smoothly and efficiently, at times they can hinder or halt a project without a timeline of when things can get going again.
