      Pros

      At Credit Acceptance, I am encouraged to share my ideas, my work is recognized and most importantly—I feel like a member of a happy family! Everyone does their part to change lives and maintain our great workplace! The training programs, health benefits, and work perks are excellent!

      Every company faces challenges. Management is open and honest with its team members regarding areas of improvement and remains committed to making the company one of the best places to work.
