      Pros

      The pay and bonuses are great! The hours and flexible schedule are EXCELLENT!!

      Cons

      Uneducated, incompetent, and inexperienced staff. Supervisors hired from outside of the business who have no idea what they are doing. If you're fired from Chrysler Financial or Verizon Wireless' call center, you are a guaranteed hire. No developing of potential management. Medicaid offers better health and dental benefits. There is no effort to try and hold on to seasoned collectors.

      Pros

      VALUES-based leadership; a high degree of INTEGRITY throughout the organization; CLEAR, reasonable expectations; employee SATISFACTION is a top priority--leaders constantly ask our opinions about working here and act on our feedback.

      Cons

      Really difficult to think of any other than this: if you're looking for vertical growth opportunities, CA doesn't have many layers of management and it is a small company in a niche industry, so you may not have the same quantity of opportunities to move up as you might find at a larger financial services company. However, if you're okay with lateral growth opportunities in a great environment, you will not find a company that cares more about its employees than CA.

      - Hard work and innovation are encouraged and rewarded - Leaders and team members are committed to the company goals - Clear expectations, you know where you stand - Great product supported by a great group of people - Friendly/welcoming work environment

      Cons

      None really, unless you consider good hard work that you enjoy a problem. Pace is quick, but it keeps us focused and I really don't consider it a detractor.
