      Pros

      Great Benefits and excellent financial services for customers that really need auto financing.

      Cons

      Outdated management team that does not value it's sales force and uses books, like Good to Great, to pump up the sales staff. The DOS in southern Florida is an old car dog that runs his team like he used to run his car lot, which is now out of business. Severe lack of leadership in Florida. Once you stop enrolling new accounts your fired no matter how good you are.

      Good benefits, Fair/Generous wages, Flexible schedules

      Cons

      Cattiness between some managers/supervisors and their employees, some managers/supervisors tend to show favortism, and once they do that, there is no changing their opinion about someone. There is a lot of unprofessional behavior with superiors and HR not keeping info confidential.
