Pros

- Very good pay, a lot of responsibility put on employees, very casual work environment, good opportunities for advancement, CAC prefers to hire/promote internally, a growing company with competent leadership, very open communication from top to bottom.

Cons

- Difficult work atmosphere, far too much distrust amongst employees and leadership, high turnover rate, terrible camraderie, no holiday parties, no offsite team building, a no-frills company that prefers to throw cash at employees in lieu of strengthening team ethics, one or two mistakes over the long term will define a person's performance, not very active in the community.
