      Pros

      This is the best company I have ever worked for. The culture is very positive. The company has several events to show their appreciation for employees including a formal Christmas party, company picnic, company BBQ, etc. The workforce is very diverse and everyone is treated fairly. There is a 401k, annual retention bonus, competitive benefits, and monthly bonuses.

      Cons

      While account reps can make large monthly bonuses, it requires the rep to handle 200 calls per day.

      They covered the bull very well.

      Cons

      Because of our demographic and race, they paid us less than the other locations as far as commission and hourly rate.
