      Pros

      People make 30 to 15 thousands dollars in one month.

      Cons

      It’s was awful the the supervisor never communicate with you and dose not inform you on daily tasks. They will not help you succeed because their main concern is people who has been there 10 or more years. If you ask questions you will be quickly dismissed their behavior and attitude towards their employees are witticism. FYI ddon’t be surprise If the TOP 10 Representatives approach you and and terminating matter. Very personal and unprofessional . The lack of leadership skill will hold them back from moving forward. They do not give new employees an opportunity to succeed they hold them back and watch there 10yr employees succeed.

      Pros

      This company is like one big giant family. Everyone takes care of each other and wants to see you strive. This is a wonderful company to work for, not your average call center atmosphere. Hourly plus commission!

      No over time available set hourly schedule
