Pros

Great hours no late nights or weekends friendly environment knowledgeable managers great staff it's exciting and a great place to work

Cons

Seems like there is only a,dress code for men the women seem to get away with wearing whatever they want I think they need to teach business casual. Smokers break whenever they want new people seem to get some kind of advantage the rules need to be fair and applied to everyone equally no favoritism ultimately we all work for the same co with the same goal

Great work environment, knowledgeable managers great on hands training. Competitive salary and bonus opportunity

Cons

No structure, attendance is a problem people break whenever they want, in and out all day dress code not enforced, team leads seem more concerned with getting a really big number then helping their team reach goal
