Easygoing atmosphere. Good training. Competent managers. Limited promotions from within the organization. Fun employee functions.

Cons

Difficult to make bonus. Low base pay. Punitive fines. Team leads need to be more supportive and encouraging. Company needs to enforce attendance policies. Employees come and go as they please without consequence.

This company has a plethora of virtuous qualities. 1) Well organized and professional atmosphere 2) Very knowledgeable and friendly managers that focus on the betterment of their teams and the company overall. 3) Clean and well maintained office environment. 4) Excellent bonus compensations. 5) Management & team members are always willing to help you get to the next level.

Cons

Too bad the company cannot clone their training manager. DD is well versed in his profession and teaches well. He creates a welcoming and knowledge based learning environment.

The culture at Credit Control is unlike any other collections company that I have worked for. Their main focus is the best interest of the account holders and employees!

Cons

Zero cons other than account holders hanging up on you.
