Pros

While it is possible to get a nice commission for your collection efforts, it takes a long time to get to the point where you regularly hit bonus. For one type of business, you only earn for Credit Control 25% of the gross dollar amount you collect. Because of the way their commission structure works, this means that you'd need to collect just over $32,000 for the month to get a $500 commission. If you want to make $2,500+ in commission per month you need some combination of serious luck (big payments) and time (many recurring payments you set up each month for which you receive recurring credit for).

Cons

The nature of the work just isn't for everyone. You typically start off a conversation with a consumer by blindsiding them. Having to verify a bunch of their information before they even know what the call is about is especially challenging but doable.

Thank you so much for your feedback! I'm sorry to see you are no longer with Credit Control LLC. Our team greatly values employee feedback, so we are surprised to hear you felt your input was quickly dismissed. We offer competitive base pay along with a highly lucrative bonus structure, and are happy to see you recognized that! We hope to improve in any way possible, and thank you again for your input.

Pros

Good Benefits is about all i can really say is a pro of working here. Oh yeah and the annual Christmas party as well as cardinal game they take employee's to annually..

Cons

No acknowledgment or praise for hard working employees. i have been there 3 years without out a single raise because i was told it is not within the budget(but the company makes 50 million a year). No management training . Upper management only worried about making their pocket fat and pushing strong employee's out the door due to no recognition. Upper management is just to worried about themselves and push their work off on the lower management. Instead of actually caring about the, employees that make the company money. Favoritism within the office. Bonus structure is absolutely horrible and almost impossible to achieve

Thank you so much for your feedback! We are happy to hear you appreciate our generous compensation package. We're sorry to hear you had what looks to be an unpleasant experience with management. It appears this review was several years ago; we hope you are still with Credit Control and that your feelings have changed as we continually strive to improve in all areas.
