Great support system, friendly staff, effective learners, group coaching (ummm with the creme de la creme), advancement opportunities. Location independence and some very talented individuals.

Cons

If you aren't tech savvy, might want to steer clear. They haven't announced the annual retreat, yet. LOL

Im making the best money of my life, all from the comfort of my own home.

They do not inspire healthy competition: new rules in place where reps who do not have the talent to write their own deals can come in and steal the deals that you have written. It makes for extremely ugly in-fighting. Its an incredibly stupid policy that helps crummy reps steal deals from top producers who are busy writing new business, and the message that it sends is that the company doesnt give a damn about their employees, all they care about is the bottom line, which isn't even true, but this is the message sent by this policy.
