Pros

Hour lunch, pay if you can deal with everything else

Cons

Training was only a day and a half before going to work and the training consisted of mostly pages of outdated material and a quick systems walk through the last 2-3 hours of the entire training. Managers don’t give clear training or answer questions. Everyone including ceo gets on you/belittles you for not knowing anything when you weren’t properly trained. Micromanagement is crazy, you can’t privately talk to anyone not even trainers. Everything is public including ceo and management talking about you. The turnover is ridiculous they pull people in under false narratives. It’s a waste of time time and beyond toxic. Call centers don’t seem bad compared to this company, the ceo and management will probably run it into the ground. The five star reviews are probably the ceo or his direct underlings do not look at those and keep hope of having a decent job.

Pros

Work from home, good pay potential

Cons

It is difficult to know where to start in the Cons section. First off, training would be great it it was more than 2 short days. The training is mostly outdated random material in a google classroom. Training is where the "Cons" start. The CEO and his sidekick, jump in to training and bash current employees and managers and put you on the spot with everything before you are ready and then belittle you for not being ready. if you manage to make it past the two days of training, getting on the phones is horrible. The CEO insists that you bait and switch customers and sign them up unethically. If you are not immediately making sales, you are constantly reprimanded. No one is every doing well enough here and there is nothing that will ever make upper management happy. Apparently, there were two managers before that seemed pretty good and they left the company with no warning or explanation. the new guy is really helpful and organized but it seems like he gets in trouble for actually helping.

Pros

Weekly pay and health benefits.

Cons

The positive reviews you see about this company are a complete manufactured joke. Read other reviews and understand that they hold a lot of truth if you value your time. The micromanagement, disorganization, public humiliation etc. It's all completely true. The cop out reply of saying just because the CEO is gone, means the culture has changed is also an utter fallacy. The company operates on a bait and switch model of deceiving potential customers into thinking they are a credit collections company in order to get extremely personal information from the customer before asking for the sale. 95% of the incoming calls are people thinking they are calling a collections agency. The entire operation is founded on lying and deceit. Do yourself a favor and find an honest, legitimate company to work for. As soon as I get another job I am leaving. Run.
