      Pros

      Management is incredibly supportive, and there to help you every step of the way. Bonuses are given out on top of your regular commission, which provides employees with incredible incentives / drive. Being able to work remotely is a huge advantage as well.

      The training process is fast paced, however it is there to aid you in your development within the company.
