Pros

Hour lunch, pay if you can deal with everything else

Cons

Training was only a day and a half before going to work and the training consisted of mostly pages of outdated material and a quick systems walk through the last 2-3 hours of the entire training. Managers don’t give clear training or answer questions. Everyone including ceo gets on you/belittles you for not knowing anything when you weren’t properly trained. Micromanagement is crazy, you can’t privately talk to anyone not even trainers. Everything is public including ceo and management talking about you. The turnover is ridiculous they pull people in under false narratives. It’s a waste of time time and beyond toxic. Call centers don’t seem bad compared to this company, the ceo and management will probably run it into the ground. The five star reviews are probably the ceo or his direct underlings do not look at those and keep hope of having a decent job.

Pros

Work from home and weekly pay.

Cons

If you want to work for the most insecure, underserving, spoiled rotten CEO you can imagine, apply here. This is a revolving door of patchwork rules and hired/fired/rehired employees who can't stand who is running the company. The CEO should not be let out of a room to deal with grown professionals; he wines, curses, disrespects, rants, hangs up, disconnects, boohoos & nags everyone. And that's on his good days! He ENCOURAGES a cut-throat culture and thrives on hurting people through his position. Horrible leadership combined with changing rules makes this place a nightmare!

Pros

It's remote, so you don't have to see anybody in real life

Cons

1. Micromanagement! Expect the CEO & upper management to attempt to control every minute detail of your day/work tasks 2. Blame game - nobody wants to take any accountability for their mistakes because they are terrified of an abusive CEO 3. Dog eat dog culture - in order to survive in this toxic work environment, you better be ready to throw your teammates under the bus and for them to do the same. People operate in survival instinct here. Good people become the worst versions of themselves. 4. Degrading & name calling - they preach about constructive criticism but are the first to call you inappropriate names, and say destructive things about your work/capabilities 5. You'll never be enough here - you can devote 80 + hours a week and still be treated like garbage. The CEO will suck you dry if you let him. 6. Complete lack of trust - you cannot have any direct communications with your team members. Everything - including disciplinary action/criticism happens in public channels. If you are caught talking to someone on your team on your own, be prepared to be written up/tortured by the CEO
