Pros
It's remote, so you don't have to see anybody in real life
Cons
1. Micromanagement! Expect the CEO & upper management to attempt to control every minute detail of your day/work tasks 2. Blame game - nobody wants to take any accountability for their mistakes because they are terrified of an abusive CEO 3. Dog eat dog culture - in order to survive in this toxic work environment, you better be ready to throw your teammates under the bus and for them to do the same. People operate in survival instinct here. Good people become the worst versions of themselves. 4. Degrading & name calling - they preach about constructive criticism but are the first to call you inappropriate names, and say destructive things about your work/capabilities 5. You'll never be enough here - you can devote 80 + hours a week and still be treated like garbage. The CEO will suck you dry if you let him. 6. Complete lack of trust - you cannot have any direct communications with your team members. Everything - including disciplinary action/criticism happens in public channels. If you are caught talking to someone on your team on your own, be prepared to be written up/tortured by the CEO
