      - Good perks - Decent pay - You can "chill" if you want to

      Cons

      - Slow pace and lack of organization around projects - There aren't enough processes in place. Sometimes the processes change too frequently. This leads to chaos - Leadership tends to make excuses instead of owning up to problems

      1. Company has a lot of growth opportunity 2. Benefits and 401K match is pretty sweet 3. A lot of challenging problems to work on

      1. Well the usual stuff which you might have at any job 2. Things move too fast sometimes, so might be overwhelming for some people

      Pros

      Comp is extremely high, it's literally the only reason people stay. If you've been here over 3 years it's unlikely any company will pay you a base at the level Credit Karma will. Now that revenue certainty is higher and international expansion is underway, at least the IPO is just around the corner.

      Cons

      You have to put on a fake smile and kowtow to the senior leadership, almost all of which are in roles they have no business being in. In my department we had to research whether the new harassment disclosure laws would require prior settlements to be made known.
