      Pros

      I've been fortunate enough to see mostly the good sides of CK since joining around a year ago. Managers that really care and co-workers that are super helpful.

      Cons

      Sometimes things are slow-moving and there is a general lack of documentation (growing pains).

      Company tries to provide perks and high salaries

      Cons

      Toxic environment. HR creates non-sensical policies, hire unqualified friends in executive roles. Run as far away from this company as you can. I was there just for a few months. Older employees did not follow any process. They feel threatened by newer, smarter employees. Brown-nosing is rampant. Work ethic is non-existent.
