Pros

Great Bonus potential. Great location Great WFH/ office flex

Cons

When nee CEO and department head took over. Company moral decreased. Crescent bank reversed back to an old outdated form or managing employees. Lack of proper training for the expectations hovering over employees head. The attitude that we as employees are all expendable.
