Pros

Good opportunity to gain experience within private banking; exposure to the political mishaps in auto banking.

Cons

Lack leads that had self-accountability; Louisiana team lack work ethic and knowledge — leaves all pressure on Dallas team that is full of individuals that lack the basic credit/underwriting experience. Management and Leads get by with bullying, protected. Dallas office is not up to par with health standards and security. Management combines work tasks with no structure. Known for underpaying women in the workforce.

Pros

Management sucks and they are never on the same page. Lack of opportunities for career advancement.

Cons

They give money away. They handled the snowstorm pretty well.
