Each department is managed by their own department manager. If you get a good manager, your time at the bank is a great and valuable experience. Teams that encourage and foster growth is a positive working environment and promotes good morale. Work life balance is Great!

Executive decisions are kept quiet and information is kept in a tight circle. Good or bad news is shared the moment that information is released, so people are always left wondering about what lies ahead.
