Pros

I worked with a great group of people always willing to help.

Cons

Need more upper management that know the electrical industry. They no longer have that expertise. Too many other tasks being put on people besides the actual job.

Pros

Good place to work and retire from. Company is very transparent, monthly meetings. Decent training. People undergo several interviews (like 3-4) so they are sure that you are a good fit, and you know what the job entails before you sign on. A lot of available add-on benefits. Ability to go to different locations should you desire.

Cons

only comment would be that many companies cover a larger portion of the burden of paying for health insurance, so considering the not-low deductible, I think it's about twice what you might pay otherwise, but much cheaper than Obamacare and decent coverage once you work your way past deductibles. Also, a healthy employee program to help lower the costs. And give up smoking too!
