There are no pros working there. It's a very difficult working environment, and most employees don't last very long. They have a very high turnover rate.

Cons

The hospital has financial problems and a very difficult manager.

Pros

I love working at Crescent! Everyone in the hospital seems to go above and beyond, because they love their job and I do too. It is a wonderful place to work and the associates are professional, helpful and eager to help.

Cons

I really have no complaints. I am happy to be a part of the Crescent family.
