A good company with strong potential

Pros

Flexible with scheduling and overtime. Genuinely a friendly group of people for the most part. Training is good. Leadership is always listening to feedback to make improvements.

Cons

Pay is on the lower end of what could be considered industry standard. Benefits are only okay, coverage is average, cost is average to not very good. 401k match is the worst I've ever seen for this type of work.

Pros

4-Day Work Week - So 3-Day Weekend! 2 Shifts - 1st is 6 am - 3:30 pm, 2nd is 4:30 pm - 3 am Competitive pay rates Team Environment Potential for advancement - Better position

Cons

Physical Demands - Standing for extended periods and sometimes lifting heavy objects You might be required to work on the weekend, which would be overtime - You could look at that as good or bad, good if you want to make extra money, but bad if you had plans for the weekend Potential Safety Hazard if you or someone else doesn't follow the safety protocols Fast-Paced Environment can be stressful, particularly if you can't keep up Limited Break Time
