Pros

Crescent is a growing company in the logistics world. The desire to be the best at what they do shows in the dedication to employees from founder and CEO Chris Taylor. The senior executive team at Crescent were amazing during my time with the company.

Cons

I'm sure it has improved, but one challenge was the lack of consistent processes between like activities. Example, Shipping and Receiving at one location was done completely different at another. It showed when we received material from a sister plant versus what we sent out.
