Pros

4-Day Work Week - So 3-Day Weekend! 2 Shifts - 1st is 6 am - 3:30 pm, 2nd is 4:30 pm - 3 am Competitive pay rates Team Environment Potential for advancement - Better position

Cons

Physical Demands - Standing for extended periods and sometimes lifting heavy objects You might be required to work on the weekend, which would be overtime - You could look at that as good or bad, good if you want to make extra money, but bad if you had plans for the weekend Potential Safety Hazard if you or someone else doesn't follow the safety protocols Fast-Paced Environment can be stressful, particularly if you can't keep up Limited Break Time

Pros

Good work environment for the most part. Easy work load.

Cons

Pay and benefits are less than standard. Raises aren't easy to come by. Be prepared to train the operators on how to operate the machines. Language barrier is a big one too.
