Pros
Great leaders and high quality people who do things the right way. Leaders are driven and good team leaders. People are held accountable but they are given latitude to accomplish their jobs in a respectful way. This is a diverse firm where every opinion is considered and valued. Every day is a new challenge but it is a place where success is celebrated and one that has the patience to teach and provide guidance where necessary. I truly like and respect the people here and I appreciate how the firm works to keep it's culture one that is supportive of all of it's employees.
Cons
You better be prepared to work hard, this is a fast growing firm that requires focus and effort. Sometimes you have to grind it out. Crestline always seems to need more staffing and the leadership could be more communicative but I think a lot of that has to do with the way the firm is growing.
