      A lumbering dinosaur that has failed to evolve into the 21 century - Dilbert workplace

      Pros

      They have dumbed-down software engineering to such and extent, that you can achieve your assigned sprint tasks by Tuesday afternoon. All challenging work is sent overseas to cheaper labor pools.

      Cons

      Crestron sells low quality out of date technology, backed with half baked software. I have never worked anywhere where the staff are more depressed, beaten down, and simply dying to leave. Most have lost the will to be create, probably because only senior management is allowed to be creative. if you seek advancement you will be faced with "Dead man's shoes" because that is not your place.

      Pay is fair at the beginning. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      Toxic management, do not care about the employees well being only getting the callas answered. Manager showing favoritism to a select few. Expecting more work responsibilities comparable to a Level 2 agent without an increase in pay. Increasing insurance cost and decreasing benefits.
