      Great Experience in Firmware Engineering

      Pros

      I worked as a Firmware Engineering intern for a summer at Crestron. The company culture is great, and they provide a lot of autonomy within your position. They give you interesting and fulfilling projects to work on, and allow for a lot of freedom is sampling different roles within the company.

      Cons

      Low pay for interns relative to other companies. This used to be offset by housing arrangements, but that is no longer provided.
