      Pros

      HR is working very hard to make this a more fun place to work and offer more onsite benefits like gym, medical, dental, and carnival day.

      Cons

      Would be better if they payed people a competitive wage instead. Doesn't make a difference if management doesn't care about employees. Don't work in the Engineering/Architecture Design department.

      Pros

      The people at Crestron are very helpful. Hours are pretty flexible. Crestron is trying to grow and has been growing a lot, so they are very motivated and willing to help each other. The products that they have are very cool and although I was pushed to do a lot of work, it was a great learning experience.

      Cons

      There seems to be some difficulty with mobility within the company. As an intern, the pay was a bit low.
