      Pros

      The company offered decent benefits, the work was straightfoward, and management was very easily approachable.

      Cons

      There is quite a lack of energy and Crestron pride at this company. There wasn't much encouragement for innovation, and further career opportunities were never given

      Pros

      free coffee. gym. wellness center. some good events.

      Cons

      wages are very low, the only way to move up is to have a family member work here. Owner is uninterested in the company. President only worries about sales, not people. the negative reviews are very accurate. HR leadership tries to sweep things under the rug so they look good. they provide a gym and wellness center in the hopes the employees will turn a blind eye to how terrible the company is. the name itself may be innovative, but not the leadership.
