Pros
I worked as an intern at Crestron over the summer. They're definitely taking the approach of 'attract the best and the brightest.' Got lots of swag, access to the gym and their market with reduced-price foods, had the opportunity to do 'real work', was treated very well by all employees, had a couple of social events for all the interns, every intern is assigned a mentor... Overall, it was a great experience. My best internship, hands-down.
Cons
Crestron is a company with some...challenges. There are a lot of patchwork solutions to problems and a huge lack of organization. Depending on your position, you may have to deal with that.
