      nothing. there is nothing good about this hell hole outside how close it is to my house

      Cons

      everything, poor management, micro mangers, arrogant everything. nepotism more rampant then a outbreak of malaria. I wouldn't call the fire department if i saw this place was burning. they want you to eat breath sleep this place. want overtime. great. turn it down once, never get offered again.

      Pros

      Here less than a year but from what I can see, a great place to work. Great benefits, culture, on-site gym, hybrid workplace, company functions, monthly employee seminars with prizes, top quality tech products, intelligent people, impeccable QC, privately owned, and family run. Nothing but good here.

      Cons

      None that I can see. Benefits are expensive but they offer Health Savings and FSA and coverage, while expensive is great. 401K match after 3 years vested, and 20 days PTO after first year (15 days).
