      Pros

      They have a state of the art onsite gym. I am lucky to have a wonderful supervisor.

      Cons

      The pay is low and in my department there is no available opportunities for advancement. The IT infrastructure is lacking as well and there's so much red tape and stagnation in the data architecture used at the company.
