      Pros

      Crew Carwash has the best people I have worked with from the store level up to the support team. The culture motivates you to achieve your goals and gives you the resources to do so. Having worked at multiple locations over the years, the culture remains consistent and inclusive from location to location. There is plenty of room for advancement in all departments and the expectations to advance are clear and transparent. Crew also takes pride in promoting internally, something that I have not seen to this degree with other employers. Additionally the pay is very competitive and there are always contests and additional ways to earn extra money or gift cards.

      The working hours can be long if you are not used to working 40+ hours a week.

      I'm only putting a con because I have to. You do work in the elements, but they make the appropriate clothes extremely accessible.

      - The people! From the top down the people who work for Crew are amazing. - Great Work Culture - Fun environment! - truly a work family - Great Leaders - Career Growth - Of course carwashes :) - flexible schedule - Great benefits - Consistency from location to location (work with team members who care) - rewards, contests

      - If you don’t like being outside, this can be difficult especially during the long winters - occasional clopens - occasional staffing issues, that puts a lot of pressure on managers
