Crew Carwash is great because you get to work outside and along side great employees. They also have training workshops that teach you some great skills that you can use outside of the work environment, The benefits they offer are top tier also.

Cons

I would love if Crew Carwash would close earlier or all together on some specific holidays.

We appreciate the feedback on holidays. We are currently closed on Easter and Christmas, so you can spend time with your families. We do not have any plans to adjust this at this time.

-friendly work environment -lots of potential to learn and grow regardless of tenure -flexible work schedule for the most part which allows for work/life balance -get to experience sales, maintenance, training, peer development and so many other things that could benefit you in your day to day life too

Cons

Can be tricky if you: -are not accustomed to being on your feet for longer periods of time -are not comfortable in colder winter temps and/or hot summer temps

It's good to know how much you enjoy the work environment and opportunities for growth here at Crew. We do offer a flexible schedule, which helps with work/life balance, and we put it out three weeks in advance. We are on our feet quite a bit each shift, and outside in all kinds of weather elements, which may not be for everyone.
