Working at Crew Carwash for over 4 years can be described with a few words - Fun and Rewarding! I enjoy working with my coworkers and giving every customer a great experience. There are customers with clean cars and they’re washing it just to talk and connect with us. That type of relationship you build with your customers and team members gives me a sense of purpose and meaning. There is daily incentive, monthly contests and rewards, so I’m always encouraged to achieve my goals. Completing tasks and maintenance items is very rewarding and helps me grow by learning new skills that I can use in my everyday life. Also, there is much growth if you want to move up in the leadership ladder. They are great at giving you goals to work towards while training and teaching you to achieve those goals. As you climb the ladder, the compensation is rewarding as well. Overall, Crew Carwash is a great company to work for because it’s like a family that supports, rewards, and encourages you to be successful.

Cons

Working in the harsh environment can be difficult when it’s extremely cold or hot, but your managers and team members are great at making sure everyone is comfortable, safe, and rotated between standing inside to warm up or cool down.

Thanks for the feedback! We work hard to provide top-quality training, a good work/life balance, and great ebenfits and work environment. Thank you for the feedback on the heaters and fans. We have tested these and gathered feedback from Chick-fil-a owners on them. From the test and feedback from the owners, unless you are directly under them, they do not offer relief from the heat/cold. We are always looking at ways to provide a better experience for our Teams with the weather elements.
