I've grown into a more decisive leader, thanks to the autonomy and responsibility entrusted to me. The brief interactions I have with customers are incredibly rewarding; their positivity and appreciation fuel my enthusiasm and keep my spirits high. Moreover, I cherish the camaraderie with my team. Our collective efforts, especially during challenging times when managers are occupied with repairs, exemplify our dedication to delivering exceptional customer service. Together, we ensure every customer leaves with a smile, embodying the essence of what makes Crew Carwash exceptional.

Cons

The sole drawback I can identify in this role is the occasional monotony. There are days, particularly during rainy days, when the repetitiveness sets in, leading you to feel bored

Cons

Horrible corporate and Area directors, high turnover, low pay to labor required, transphobia and racism on the upper management level.
