The workload can be overwhelming at times, with a steady backlog and limited internal resources to address it quickly. When staffing needs come up, the preference often leans toward suggesting bringing in third-party solutions rather than building up internal teams. While this provides short-term relief, it can make it harder to maintain consistency and internal expertise. Many employees seem to be stretched thin, which can affect quality and turnaround time.

Crew does not show that they care about their employees, at all. When I first started working at Crew, I absolutely loved my job. I would work over, pick up shifts, and worked harder than I had at any job. With that being said, the corporate office ended up making me want to leave. I did not get fired, but I have known numerous people who have been wrongfully terminated. They are late to change policies that are extremely outdated and keep their policies vague enough so that if they need to fire someone, they can. While team members are wrongfully terminated for nonexistent issues, they have swept scandals & inappropriate actions under the rug. While Crew expects complete loyalty to the company, they do not have any loyalty to you. They care more about keeping troublesome customers than the team that is being affected. I wish I could say I loved my time working here, but I realistically can’t. The corporate structure makes no sense and there is an extreme disconnect. Verbal abuse from customers is normal and allowed. At the end of the day, I don’t think it is a bad company to work at whatsoever, but if you expect respect, trust, or any loyalty, this is not the place to work.
