Pros

The team at Crew is one of the best I've ever worked with! Everyone here is incredibly smart, passionate about what we're building and truly empathic (one of our cultural values). Our mission is one that matters and I feel good knowing that we're building tools to help frontline workers be more successful at work.

Cons

We're a small, fast-paced startup so if you're looking for a large company experience with a lot established processes this isn't the place.

Pros

Lots of transparency and context for why and how the business is run. Open, honest co-founders with a strong sense of empathy. The company really lives by its values and is on a great mission. Team members always willing to help out and take pride in their work, while having fun in the process.

Cons

Startups need to move fast and operate in the face of uncertainty and this one is no different - just decide if that's an environment where you can thrive!
