      still a good company with nice offices and nice parties

      Cons

      very stressful environment due to the unknown future of the sector. a lot of cost cutting especially from low levels. not enough salary increases yearly. always a potential lay off

      The People and budget the company has pretty decent. Very fun, vibrant bunch we went to france a couple of times for all global employees for our annual all hands.

      constant reorgs, zero security, but great experience

      Pros

      Some great and super professional teams, if you get lucky enough to work in one of them, you’ll enjoy getting great experience while working with exceptionally smart and friendly people. Decent compensation, good work-life balance, some good benefits aka health insurance.

      Cons

      The company has constant reorgs and constant layoffs, if you want any kind of job security, look elsewhere. Your professional skills and performance won’t matter. Also reorgs affect professional growth opportunities for many people.
