All good until they don't want you anymore.

Pros

I have ti say working their was fine and the company had nice benefits.

Cons

But then they fired me with warning in the middle of my holidays. I don't know if i would feel safe, and all the happiness feels a little fake right now. The off boarding process worked well tho!

Stability but not career growth

Pros

Reliability, famous name in ad-tech, visa support for non-EU citizens, salary is okay, friendly atmosphere in the office, quarter bonuses

Cons

Conservative stack, slow in making decisions, consistent troubles with their new employee paying system. It's possible to show the initiative over time - seemingly many opportunities - but in fact they are not ready to promote people fast merit-based. Lots of bureaucracy.

Nothing as such, It would be great if we could have an international meetup with team members and other great people from the company.
